Ancestral mexican kitchen where fire is present as deity in the form of volcanic rock mortar and tlecuil or clay grilling pan. Sacred plants like amaranth with cacao and sesame seeds mixed with water soothes the spicy guasmolli, a blend of local seeds and plants as a rich sauce with the chicken. Tlazocamati!
